Soozie is a lifestyle brand rooted in clarity, function, and everyday
refinement. We create beauty and getting ready essentials that prioritize ease
and quality.
How We Started
The idea for Soozie came from something we’ve all experienced: tools that
look nice online but arrive with a strong plastic odor, flimsy construction,
and a short shelf life. At the other end of the spectrum, luxury brands offer
clean aesthetics and quality materials, but at prices that often feel inflated.

We wanted something better: beauty tools that are well-made and odorless. Each product in our collection is designed to be
reused, repacked, and re-integrated into your routine again and again. Because
sustainability, to us, means making fewer choices that last longer.

What is the return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Are any purchases final sale?
No, we currently do not have any final-sale items, so you may return them within 30 days if they show no signs of use.
When will I get my order?
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
If we experience unusually high order volume, processing may take a bit longer. We’ll contact you if there are significant delays.
